      How long does production and delivery take?

      Please note: each princess-inspired wreath is handmade to order. Please allow up to 30–40 days from the date of purchase for your wreath to be crafted and delivered.

      Can I cancel my order?

      Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Once we begin crafting your wreath we cannot cancel, but we offer a design approval step to ensure you love the final result.

      What size door does this wreath fit?

      Our wreaths come in several sizes listed under the Size option above. Simply select your preferred diameter when ordering to suit your front door, wall, or mantel. If you're not sure which size to choose, reach out with your door measurements and we'll be happy to help.

      Will the wreath survive being outdoors?

      Yes. Each wreath is made with weather-resistant faux florals and ribbon designed to sit beautifully on a covered porch or front door. For the longest life we recommend hanging it in a spot sheltered from direct rain and harsh sun, and it will stay looking royal season after season.

      Is the wreath too heavy for my door?

      "No. Each wreath is built on a lightweight base so it hangs easily on a standard door hook or wreath hanger without warping your door. It feels substantial and full but stays light enough to move room to room whenever you like."

      What if my wreath arrives damaged?

      We'll immediately send you a replacement wreath at no charge. Just contact our support team with photos and we'll take care of everything.
